Job summary

QXO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and relationship development. You will be the primary contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, and order processing.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
