QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales/Account Management professional in the United States. You will manage an assigned book of existing customers, expand wallet share, and develop lasting relationships across branches and customer teams.

Responsibilities include regular customer visits, site meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, account management, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of existing customers through wallet share expansion and relationship development.
• Execute account plans focused on customer retention, service excellence, and incremental growth.
• Conduct regular customer visits, job-site meetings, and check-ins to understand customer needs and support ongoing projects.
• Partner with branch operations, inside sales, and customer support teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to transition newly acquired customers into managed accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, white space, and relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines and approval frameworks.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage activity, pipeline visibility, and account documentation.
