Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a motivated Key Account Sales Representative in Texas to support and grow business within existing customer accounts while identifying new sales opportunities. This role emphasizes relationship-building, effective communication, and a proactive sales mindset in a full-time, in-person capacity.

You will maintain relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments to meet company growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow business within current customer accounts.
• Develop new customer opportunities connected to existing account relationships.
• Follow up consistently with customers regarding products, pricing, availability, and opportunities.
• Communicate customer needs internally with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Assist with account development and customer retention efforts.
• Maintain organized records of customer communication and sales activity.
• Support sales initiatives and company growth goals.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service.
