Paylocity is seeking an Account Representative to serve as the primary contact for our clients, build lasting relationships, and align product solutions to customer needs. This role collaborates with multiple departments to fulfill requests and ensure timely deliveries.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Previous NetSuite and MS Office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of related experience with similar duties.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar sales software.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
• Coordinate with sales team by managing sales orders, quotes, and filing important documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs.
• Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as a client advocate to improve customer experience.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to review opportunities.
• Promote products to new and existing clients through daily calls and walk-ins.
• Stay connected with clients regularly within the territory.
