Qualifications

• Four years of CPG food sales experience with a focus on new business development.
• Experience selling to regional mainstream grocery and specialty retail.
• Knowledge of contract terms, pricing strategies, and procurement.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Willingness to build and manage field teams and demos.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute outreach to underrepresented accounts within the regional landscape.
• Identify opportunities and assess product-market fit for target accounts.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with retail partners.
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline from outreach to first shipment.
• Drive velocity post-launch and expand assortment.
• Maintain territory performance reporting and use retail data.
• Collaborate with broker and distributor networks.
• Develop store-level execution playbooks and merchandising standards.
