Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve elementary students in a school-based setting. This full-time contract role focuses on direct therapy, assessments, and collaboration with educational staff to support K-5 learners in developing essential communication skills.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating IEPs, and providing therapy while coordinating with teachers, administrators, and families.

Qualifications

• PA Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience in school-based settings with K-5 students.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to tailor therapy approaches to diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide targeted therapy for students with varying communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school standards.
• Participate in student support team meetings.
• Foster positive, encouraging interactions with students and school staff.
