Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-5 students for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering essential services in a positive educational environment.

Ideal candidates hold CCC-SLP or CFY status and have a background in school-based settings. Pay starts at $40 per hour, with higher rates based on experience, and the position includes collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible state licensure for SLP practice.
• CCC-SLP or CFY status required.
• Experience working with K-5th grade students is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite as outlined in students IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of sessions and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Develop and update IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Contribute to annual IEP meetings and case conferences
• Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices
