Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized interventions and IEP goals.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to building rapport with students, families, and professional colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student progress.
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress toward IEP goals.
• Attend IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and family conferences.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and assessments.
