Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP processes, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for supporting students at elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, individually or in groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions; collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other specialists.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Offer resources and guidance to staff and families on communication strategies.
