Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in the state required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with pediatric populations in school settings preferred.
• Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative services to students from diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support.
• Document progress, report on outcomes, and contribute to IEP meetings as required.
• Participate in school-based events, professional development, and ongoing team collaboration
