Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to support K-12 learners in the greater Killeen, TX area. This full-time contract role offers the chance to work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to help students achieve vital communication milestones and reach their full academic potential.

Ideal candidates will hold a TX license (or eligibility), a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and experience with school-aged children, including assessment and IEP

Qualifications

• Active TX Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Experience with school-aged children, including assessment and intervention planning
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Openness to supporting both SLP-CFY candidates and experienced SLPs

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across K-12
• Conducting evaluations and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records
• Providing consultation and resources to school staff and families
• Promoting a positive, encouraging learning environment for all students
