Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-5 students' communication and academic growth in a school setting. This full-time contract runs ASAP through the end of the school year, with a manageable caseload of about 35 students and daily hours from 7:30 am to 2:45 pm, fostering consistent relationships with learners, teachers, and families.

Qualifications

• California license for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility (CCC or CFY welcome).
• Experience or interest in school-based settings.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-5 students.
• Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students.
• Develop IEPs with school teams and families.
• Conduct assessments, interpret data, and adjust interventions.
• Maintain records and conform to documentation standards.
• Consult with teachers to support student success and inclusion.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates.
