Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year. The role focuses on providing high-quality speech and language services and developing IEPs across multiple grade levels in a dynamic educational setting.

The Therapist will assess and treat students, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain compliant records, ensuring evidence-based practices and confidentiality throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license and CCC certification.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Understanding of current best practices in speech and language therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the success of each student.
• Offer guidance on language interventions and support classroom integration.
