• Willingness to work full-time on-site at one Alpha campus in the listed locations; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Create small-group K-2 literacy workshops using real-time adaptive-app analytics and structured-literacy principles.
• Lead daily motivational sessions to achieve weekly app targets.
• Analyze AI-generated student performance metrics to modify instruction during the day.
• Conduct running records, fluency assessments, and decoding probes to show progress in campus data meetings.
• Be an engaging, high-energy presence for students each day.
