Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Coordinator for Instructional reading roles, to lead K-2 small-group workshops rooted in structured-literacy approaches. You will analyze student data to tailor instruction and engage students with AI-adaptive tools.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring in-person classrooms across multiple campuses. Ideal candidates will have a structured-literacy certification or Master’s in reading instruction, plus 2+ years of K-2 experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of full-time K-2 structured reading instruction in past 5 years.
• Structured-literacy certification or Master’s in reading instruction.
• Ability to develop your own reading lessons from data without a published program.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate small-group K-2 reading workshops rooted in structured-literacy approaches.
• Conduct daily motivation sessions to reach weekly adaptive-app targets.
• Administer and evaluate running records, fluency probes, and decoding assessments.
