Alpha reimagines the school day with faster learning and mentorship, using AI-adaptive apps to drive progress. As a Reading Coach, you will create 20-minute small-group workshops, guided by real-time app data, and lead motivation sessions to push weekly targets.

You’ll analyze performance data, adjust instruction mid-day, and document gains in weekly campus reviews, while maintaining energetic engagement with students and families.

Competenze

• Structured-literacy certification OR Master's in reading instruction required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years K-2 structured reading instruction in last 5 years.
• Ability to design lessons from data, not a published program.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site at Alpha campuses.
