Job summary

Alpha reimagines early literacy education by placing guides with students for a full day, guiding them through app-based core learning and targeted reading sessions. You will diagnose gaps, design short diagnostic sequences, and monitor progress with weekly data shared with families.

This is a full-time, on-site role on a US campus, with relocation support and benefits. You will lead structured-literacy blocks for K-3 students, partner with families, and help every child reach daily reading

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9 in educational settings.
• At least 2 years teaching reading in grades K-3 within the last 5 years.
• Completed structured-literacy training or a master's in reading or literacy.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject; teaching certificate is not required.

Responsibilities

• Coaching students through app-based core learning and identifying gaps.
• Running targeted literacy sessions for small groups.
• Leading morning launch and campus routines.
• Driving students toward weekly app goals with gamification.
• Staying with students through lunch and interventions with a plan for each child.
