Crossover seeks a Literacy Coach to join Alpha’s on-site program across Malibu and other campuses. You design and lead small-group K-3 reading sessions using structured literacy approaches and live app analytics.

You’ll also run motivation sessions and monitor progress with running records, fluency and decoding assessments. Demonstrated ability to translate data into targeted lessons, plus comfort with AI tools, will help you scale reading instruction across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 2+ years of full-time K-3 reading instruction in the past 5 years.
• Structured-literacy certification OR Master’s in reading instruction.

Responsabilités

• Create small-group K-3 reading sessions based on data from adaptive apps.
• Lead daily motivation sessions using Alpha framework.
• Use AI-generated metrics to adjust instruction during the day.
• Perform running records, fluency checks, and decoding assessments.
