Alpha is seeking a full-time Instructional Coordinator to lead K-2 reading workshops based on structured-literacy approaches. You will use authentic student data to tailor lessons and motivate students through gamified targets and classroom routines.

Qualifications

• Structured-literacy certification OR a Master’s in reading instruction.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of full‑time K‑2 structured reading instruction.
• Ability to develop independent reading lessons from student data.
• Willingness to work in person full‑time at one Alpha campus.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate small-group K‑2 reading workshops rooted in structured literacy.
• Conduct daily motivation sessions to hit weekly adaptive-app targets.
• Administer and evaluate running records, fluency probes, and decoding tests.
• Analyze AI data to differentiate instruction and guide planning.
• Be an engaging, energetic presence for K‑2 students every day.
