Job summary

Lake Washington School District is seeking a Technology/Technical Solutions Analyst to join the Resource Center team. This 12-month, non-exempt role provides second-level technology support and maintains thorough documentation, change logs, and knowledge base to assist frontline staff and students.

The analyst will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues, coordinate with vendors as needed, and support various district locations.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and resolve escalated issues and provide tier two support.
• Maintain records and documentation to support knowledge base.
• Coordinate with vendors and colleagues to restore services.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve escalated issues using various methods.
• Answer voice and communications and provide answers and solutions to district employees, students, and parents.
• Perform detailed record keeping and clerical tasks to maintain support tickets and issue documentation.
• Document, update, and review electronic records and procedure documents for other tech staff.
• Follow LWSD policies, procedures, and protocols.
