Qualifications

• 0–4 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to or foundational knowledge of Tier 1/2 IT support, Windows OS, Chromebooks, Google Workspace, hardware/software troubleshooting, printers, AV equipment, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to educators, students, and staff.
• Serve as primary technical contact for assigned school sites.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Windows laptops and Chromebooks.
• Troubleshoot printers, projectors, AV equipment, and video conferencing tech.
• Support internet content-filtering tools and Google Workspace administration.
• Manage technology inventory and records; assist with warranty issues.
• Support meetings, events, and school activities with technology setup and live help.
• Assist with VMware environments and network troubleshooting as needed.
