Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology related field or equivalent certifications.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Tier 1 and 2 technical support.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in resolving on-site technical issues.
• Manage on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance for workstations, network equipment and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes.
• Liaise between on-site operations and the remote IT support team.
• Document issues to facilitate remote troubleshooting.
