Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B or consultative sales experience in enterprise or financial services, with a track record of results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B or consultative sales experience in enterprise, Insurance and financial services sales.
• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing K-12 school accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
