Job summary
American Fidelity is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow and maintain K-12 school accounts by delivering worksite insurance solutions through consultative, needs-based selling. You will leverage 2+ years of B2B or consultative sales experience to build long-term relationships and tailor employee benefits for schools.
You will earn base salary with uncapped commissions plus a Fast Start bonus, with potential to progress from Sr. Account Manager to Executive roles.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B or consultative sales experience with new business development in enterprise, Insurance and financial services sales.
- Two years’ sales experience with a demonstrated pattern of success with career growth, sales successes and sales awards
- Customer Service Skills
Responsibilities
- Focus on growing and maintaining existing K-12 School accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to the community.
- Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
- Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
