Job summary

American Fidelity is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow and maintain K-12 school accounts, selling worksite insurance products and services. You will build long-term relationships with school-based contacts and present needs-based benefit options.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, travel support, and comprehensive benefits with a defined territory and structured training pathway.

Qualifications

• Two years’ sales experience with a demonstrated pattern of success with career growth, sales successes and sales awards.
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing K-12 School accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to the community.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
