Job summary

Inuplands is seeking an onsite IT support specialist to provide daily Tier I technical support for students, teachers, staff, and administrators at New Palestine School Corporation.

The role requires excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, prioritization, and adaptability in a dynamic K-12 environment. Responsibilities include imaging, device deployment, and maintaining detailed troubleshooting notes in our ticketing system to keep school personnel informed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier I onsite IT support in K-12 settings.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I onsite technical support for students, teachers, staff, and administrators.
• Schedule and execute device deployment at the start of the school year and collect 1:1 devices at year end.
• Perform computer imaging and software installations; maintain technology inventory.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices including iPads, MacBooks, Chromebooks, Windows laptops/desktops, and interactive whiteboards.
