Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I onsite technical support.
• Schedule and execute device deployment and collection.
• Perform computer imaging and software installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair various devices.
• Maintain detailed troubleshooting notes in a ticketing system.
