Job summary

Jobtailor in Chicago is seeking an on-site IT support specialist for K-12 environments. You will assist staff, students, and faculty, setup Chromebooks and devices, and track IT assets across campuses.

The role requires valid driver's license, ability to travel between Chicagoland campuses, and availability Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Prior IT training or certifications are preferred, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Some experience in IT support or troubleshooting is a plus.
• Formal IT training, coursework, or certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with Chromebooks (as a user or administrator) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to staff, students, and faculty.
• Set up and troubleshoot Chromebooks and other devices.
• Assist with IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Travel between multiple school campuses throughout the Chicagoland area.
• Support K-12 education partner campuses and help keep schools running smoothly.
