Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.

• Experience as a computer technician or IT role is preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for hardware/software issues.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Able to adapt to a production-focused environment and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise.

Responsibilities

• Review customer work orders and assess issues to identify solutions.
• Test and evaluate devices to determine repairs.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs on Chromebooks.
• Follow QC standards and ensure devices meet quality checks.
• Assist across K-12 teams for training on multiple device types and OEM requirements.
• Meet production goals while maintaining QC standards.
