Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Montclair, NJ sites.
• Experience supporting Chromebooks.
• Experience with smartboard setup and connectivity.
• Familiarity with basic network/endpoint connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience performing user account and password resets.

Responsibilities

• Chromebook distribution across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot Chromebook connectivity.
• Assist with smartboard connectivity and configuration.
• Perform password resets for students and staff.
• Ensure end point connectivity across sites.
• Provide light Level 1 technical support as needed.
