- Personal vehicle and valid driver\'s license.
- Interpersonal skills communicating with staff and students in a professional manner, desired.
- Self-motivated to seek out answers to trouble shoot tickets and known issues, desired.
- Experience in K-12 educational institutions, desired.
- Ability to work independently, desired.
- Helpdesk experience, desired.
- Knowledge of Windows operating system environment, desired.
- Knowledge of MacOS and iOS operating systems, desired.
- Knowledge of ChromeOS and Chromebook hardware, desired.
- Knowledge of Local Area Network, desired.
