Lakeshore Learning Materials seeks a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K-12 educational market. You will cultivate new and existing relationships with school districts and programs across the Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus regions, earning uncapped commissions as performance grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in education markets.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in designated territory.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently call on, build, and maintain relationships with customers within the territory.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and assess uncover customer needs.
• Represent Lakeshore at local, state, and national conferences.
