Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for its K12 Tutoring division within its educational marketplace portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring and servicing school and district clients, assessing needs, and partnering to deliver tutoring solutions with a strong product knowledge base.

You will prospect, qualify, and close new business while maintaining relationships across departments. Travel up to 75% is required in this West Coast–leaning territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of related professional work experience or equivalent mix of education/experience
• Experience working in K-12 school districts or with school administration is required
• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and qualify prospects within assigned territory
• Develop leads through cold calling and referrals to schedule appointments
• Assess client objectives and design plans to meet short- and long-term needs
• Close sales to meet or exceed sales goals and expand within accounts
• Maintain relationships and communicate new products and services to key accounts
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales operations to ensure smooth hand-offs and forecasting
