Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the K12 Tutoring group to acquire and service school/district clients within an assigned territory. You will work with administrators to assess needs and partner on solutions that help students access high-quality online tutoring.

This role requires the ability to prospect, manage multiple accounts, and communicate effectively with executives. Expect travel up to 75% and a base plus commission structure.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to K-12 school districts or districts is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executives.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through prospecting and referrals.
• Develop leads via cold calls and relationships to set appointments.
• Understand client objectives and propose tailored solutions.
• Close sales and achieve territory sales goals.
• Maintain relationships and report on activity and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer success.
• Travel as required to meet clients and attend trade shows.
• Mentor junior sales professionals when possible.
