Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Education Program Manager. You will coach Guides, lead life-skills workshops, and drive student success across campuses. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role focused on building high-performing teams and an exceptional K-12 experience.

We seek leaders who can launch new campuses, use data to raise performance, and maintain uncompromising standards while inspiring others to meet them. Relocation support is available for campus locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based decisions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
