Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Education Manager (Lead Guide) to build teams, coach Guides, and drive student success across campuses. This full-time, on-site role focuses on coaching, life-skills development, and cultivating a culture of excellence in every student’s experience.

This leadership position requires 5+ years in education/leadership, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), strong data-driven decision skills, and willingness to relocate to listed Alpha campus markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of education, coaching, or related leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children ages 5-14 in educational/coaching settings.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
