Job summary

MOGEL is seeking an Implementation Specialist to partner with California school districts, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of educational solutions. This remote role requires residency in California and up to 40% travel, peaking at 75% during busy seasons.

You will deliver professional learning, lead trainings, and build durable district relationships while coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, and partners to meet implementation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of K-12 education experience.
• Experience with grades 6-12 strongly preferred.
• ELA instructional experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California standards and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of educational solutions in school districts and partner accounts.
• Serve as primary contact throughout onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Deliver product demos, professional learning, and training both virtually and in person.
• Build relationships with district leaders, admins, coaches, and teachers.
• Provide implementation guidance and best practice recommendations.
• Troubleshoot questions and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Manage activities and milestones using Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Facilitate webinars, virtual training, and live events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support goals.
• Develop training resources and collateral for implementations.
• Manage multiple accounts and projects while ensuring satisfaction.
