Job summary

IXL Learning in Northern California is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in California. This remote role requires travel and a collaborative, instructional leader to partner with district leaders and deliver PD that advances IXL adoption and meaningful usage.

You will analyze district data, develop PD plans, and work with the Sales team to expand relationships, while traveling regionally up to 60% during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
• Experience supporting district implementations.
• Must live close to a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation.
• Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including facilitating in-person professional development and conducting quarterly visits - up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
• Partner with the Sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities.
