Job summary

LaunchEd partners with schools to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative programs and technologies that improve teaching, learning, and school operations. As an Implementation Specialist, you will lead end‑to‑end implementation of RDI initiatives across CSUSA campuses, coordinating with school leaders, teachers, and technology partners to ensure measurable classroom impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for adult learners in both in‑person and virtual settings.
• Experience designing and delivering high‑quality professional development for schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation lifecycle for RDI initiatives across CSUSA campuses.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans with milestones and timelines.
• Design training ecosystems including in‑person, virtual, and asynchronous modules.
• Onboard and support school-based RDI Implementation Leads.
• Collaborate with state teams, ITSS, and external partners.
• Provide coaching and resources to field leads to drive adoption.
• Track usage, analyze data, and report progress to leadership.
• Support pilots and special initiatives from ground floor.
