Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; minimum 2 years of teaching and education sales in publishing is preferred.
• Proven record of consistent sales growth and goal achievement.
• Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to build and execute complex sales solutions.
• Ability to establish, cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Documented territory management and strong organizational skills.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency; must lift 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales call activities to explore and present product solutions for digital and print products.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Create and implement strategic territory and business plans.
• Drive new business to foster growth within the territory.
• Provide accurate forecast and sales activity reporting using company tools and data.
• Participate in network-building opportunities within territory and industry events.
• Other duties as needed.
