Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking a Client Partner to lead revenue growth within a defined education territory. This quota-bearing role requires owning the full sales cycle from strategy to renewal, aligning with FranklinCovey’s framework and field sales rhythm.

Remote in Greater Midland, Odessa, Abilene, or Lubbock, TX. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in education sales or school leadership, with a proven record of multi-million-dollar quotas and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 5+ years of education sales, education services, or school/district leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve a personal revenue quota and manage a territory plan.
• Lead the full sales process with district and school stakeholders; conduct discovery and translate needs into FranklinCovey solutions.
• Use Salesforce, Domo, and other tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
