Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs. You will work one-on-one, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized supports under IEP goals.

We offer paid training, credentialing support, and a comprehensive benefits package within SESI’s nationwide network. Competitive salary range posted: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet goals in their IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals and incidents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
