Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs under an IEP. You will work one-on-one, implement behavior plans, and help students develop life skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student per IEP goals.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior support plans.
• Record data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Implement de-escalation and crisis management strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure plan consistency.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
