Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs under an IEP. You will work one-on-one, implement modifications, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.

You bring a high school diploma and are comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role includes data collection, behavior support plans, and close communication with families, with competitive health benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with a student to meet goals in the IEP and provide accommodations.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans and implement them with data tracking.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
