The Probation Administration Assistant position supports the Juvenile Probation Department within the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County. The role requires strong administrative and organizational skills to assist in probation services and related divisions.

You will work with a professional team dedicated to public safety and positive youth outcomes, utilizing MS Office tools, data entry, and confidential records handling in a county office setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Two (2) years of general clerical experience
• OR Combined Education and Experience Qualifications: Post-secondary education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis

Responsabilités

• Delivers internal mail (mail distribution to three buildings).
• Tracks and monitors financial receipts.
• Analyzes data and creates reports using Excel and Word.
• Performs data entry with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Creates probation and diversion files.
• Provides administrative support for the Probation Department and related divisions.
