Job summary

Maricopa County's Judicial Branch seeks a Probation Administration Assistant to provide essential administrative support within the Adult Probation Department. The role supports daily operations, case coordination, and communications with the public and court staff.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and two years of clerical experience or an equivalent combination. A valid Arizona driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of general clerical experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Adult Probation Department.
• Distribute documents to appropriate sources and respond to inquiries about court cases.
• Perform case management tasks, including reviewing status and researching cases.
• Operate office equipment and maintain filing systems.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
