IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to develop and grow sales with distribution customers across the Greater Cleveland Area.

The role involves contacting roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to expand demand, manage pricing, and train distributors on products and programs. You will handle accounts receivable and deductions while building relationships and executing business plans to meet territory goals.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with professional attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented with commitment to task completion.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience calling on roofing contractors, builders or architects is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships and grow sales with assigned distribution customers in territory.
• Frequent contact with roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to drive demand.
• Present products and programs to qualified distributors and end users weekly.
• Conduct product knowledge training sessions with customers.
• Manage territory pricing based on competitive situations.
• Manage customer accounts receivable balance and deductions.
• Investigate and process product quality complaints in territory.
• Organize and execute a business plan to meet sales goals and customer needs.
• Utilize approved sales/marketing tools within budget.
• Increase IKO market share in territory.
