Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC. is seeking an TOC Systems Engineer I to join its Managed IT organization under Service Operations. You will support customer systems infrastructure and desktop computing, restoring service through incident, request, and change management.

The role emphasizes monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining server, storage, cloud, and application environments, with opportunities to learn across technologies while delivering exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or technical operations.
• Foundational knowledge of virtualization, server admin, cloud technologies, endpoint support, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware/ESXi, Active Directory, DNS, Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, backup solutions, and monitoring tools.
• ITIL familiarity is a plus; HaloPSA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support and technical assistance for Impact Networking customer environments.
• Handle incidents, change orders, and service requests; restore service and document work.
• Monitor infrastructure, follow established troubleshooting procedures, escalate when needed.
• Maintain system documentation and participate in training and certification development.
