Job summary

Impact Networking seeks a TOC Systems Engineer I to join its Managed IT organization. You will support server, storage, workstation, cloud, and application environments, handling incidents and changes while documenting steps and outcomes.

You will assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning under guidance, with opportunities to grow technical expertise across multiple technologies and deliver excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support, help desk, or systems admin; MSP experience preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of virtualization, servers, cloud, endpoints, and networking.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware/ESXi, AD, and Azure/M365 concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for customer environments and incidents.
• Manage tickets from incident, change, and service requests with documentation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot via standard procedures and escalate when needed.
• Assist with backups, patching, monitoring, and routine admin tasks.
• Document work and track time in HaloPSA with evidence and timelines.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams about status.
