Job summary
Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a TOC Systems Engineer I to join our Managed IT team under Service Operations in Hammond, IN. You will support server, workstation, cloud, and application environments, assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation, and help implement changes under supervision.
The role emphasizes customer service, professional communication, and collaboration with end users, internal teams, and vendors.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in IT support, help desk, or tech ops; MSP experience preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of virtualization, server, cloud, endpoints, and networking.
- Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, Azure, M365, backup/recovery, and monitoring tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class IT support for client environments and incidents.
- Monitor and troubleshoot server, storage, cloud, and application issues; assist with changes and documentation.
- Follow incident/change processes and communicate clearly with customers and teams.
- Maintain system documentation and participate in training, certification development, and on-call rotations.
